The grievances of the petitioner was that his basic pension should be fixed at the tune of Rs.29,300/- payable with effect from 01.04.2017. From the counter-affidavit which has been filed by A.G., it transpires that pension of the petitioner has been fixed at the tune of Rs.29,300/- with effect from 01.04.2017.

In this view of the matter, he is not interested to pursue this matter further and this matter is disposed off by

Patna High Court CWJC No.20835 of 2021(2) dt.09-05-2023 2/2 consent of both the parties.

It is made clear that if the petitioner has any grievances, then he shall be at liberty to file afresh civil writ petition before the authority.

With this direction, this civil writ jurisdiction case is hereby disposed of.
