2. The petitioner has approached this Court for counting his service from 31.01.1977.

3. Earlier, the case of the petitioner was rejected by the University vide order dated 10.03.2011, as contained in Annexure9. Thereafter the petitioner has represented referring to the various facts in the representation dated 10.05.2011, but the representation dated 10.05.2011, which contains the new fact, is not finally adjudicated by the University.

4. In view of the above, if the University has not decided the representation (Annexure-10) of the petitioner as yet, may take final decision on the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
