JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 09-07-2018 Inadvertently, while passing the order on 17.05.2018, even though nothing has been recovered from the motorcycle in question, the motorcycle is directed to be released on furnishing of bank guarantee. This is an error committed while passing the order on 17.05.2018. In view of the fact that nothing was recovered from the motorcycle in question, the motorcycle be now released on furnishing of two sureties to the satisfaction of the District Magistrate concerned and the order for furnishing bank guarantee shall stand modified to that extent.
