2. Permission is accorded.

3. The present application is filed for modification of the order dated 22.03.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 76972 of 2024, whereby, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court and directed to surrender before the learned Court below within four weeks.

4. Despite the sincere efforts taken by the petitioner, she could not surrender within the period afore-noted and, as such, a prayer has been made for extension of the period for surrender.

5. In view of the grounds mentioned in the modification application, further four weeks time is allowed to the petitioner to surrender and furnish the bail bond as directed by this Court.
