1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. ) For issuance of an appropriate direction, I order, or writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents no. 1, 2 and 3 for restraining the respondent no.- 4 from illegally and unlawfully interfering and forcing the petitioner and his family members to stop raising peaceful voice against respondents no.- 5 and 6 who are constructing boundary wall on the disputed part of land bearing Khata no.- 76, Khesra no.- 3612, Thana no. 110, admeasuring 4.2 decimal, situated at Mauja Maranga District - Purnia until or unless they give Najrana (illegal money) for stopping

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
