=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-07-2017 Keeping in view the tenure of the order passed by learned Writ Court which goes to show that initially the Writ Court was not inclined to interfere into the matter as the claim pertains to 1991 was raised by the petitioners by filing a writ petition on 19.052010, but while disposing of the matter, an innocuous observation was made that the petitioners may approach the State Government for their grievances.

Keeping in view the manner in which the petition
