The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No. 409 of 2019 dated 15.05.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 363, 366(A), 511 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POSCO Act, 2012.

The petitioner and one Ahsan attempted to take away the 12 year old daughter of the informant but with the timely arrival of the police and the villagers, the attempt was foiled. Ahsan fell down and was arrested. The petitioner could manage to run away.

Since the offence remained inchoate and the petitioner has remained in custody since 28.05.2019, this Court deems it appropriate to direct for his release

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58382 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 on bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge-POSCO, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No. 409 of 2019.
