Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Town Hajipur P.S. Case No. 146 of 2016 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no material against the petitioner except the confessional statement of the co-accused. Neither petitioner is named in the first information report nor anything has been recovered from his possession. Petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 23.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5687 of 2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the
