LPA Nos. 1200 of 2013 (Kumod Kumar vs. Bihar Staff Selection Commission) with LPA Nos. 1170 of 2013, 1174 of 2013 and 1352 of 2013 were allowed partly by a Division Bench of this Court on 24th June, 2015. In view of the said fact, the present appeal is also disposed of in the said terms as in LPA No.1200 of 2013 and other
Patna High Court LPA No.193 of 2014 (4) dt.29-04-2016 2/2 analogous cases.
Learned counsel for the respondents points out that the respondents have filed Special Leave Petition before the Supreme Court in which notice has been issued. As far as this Court is concerned, the matter stands decided by the aforesaid judgment.
