This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Twenty one liters of liquor was recovered from the tricycle of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 14.10.2016 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact and specially the period undergone, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 549 of 2016 (Gr. No. 3421 of 2016) to the satisfaction of Sri Kumar Amit Manu, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Araria, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
