The petitioner has filed the instant application for anticipatory bail apprehending his arrest in connection with C1/175/18, Tr. no. 971/19 registered for the offence under sections 498A and 406 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of the D.P. Act.
By order dated 17.9.2019 passed in the instant case, notices were issued to the opposite party no. 2 and on appearance, by order dated 20.11.2019 the matter was referred
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58709 of 2019(4) dt.26-02-2020 2/3 to the Patna High Court Mediation Centre where both the petitioner and the opposite party no. 2 agreed to appear on 3.12.2019.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner as also learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 that the petitioner has taken the opposite party no. 2 to his house and both of them are living together amicably. It is thus, submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner may be enlarged on anticipatory bail.
Learned Additional PP for the State has also been heard. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the above stated facts and circumstances, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with C1/175/18, Tr. no. 971/19 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
However, in case in future the complainant has any
