ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 07-02-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, counsel for the Respondents and counsel for the University. Counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 08.09.2022, it was directed by this Court to the respondent University to ensure the payment of family pension of the petitioner and other applicable retiral dues, within 4 weeks. Counsel for the State submits that he has filed the counter affidavit and in the said counter affidavit total

Patna High Court CWJC No.20830 of 2021(7) dt.07-02-2023 2/2 admissible dues of the petitioner has been calculated and paid through cheque of State Bank of India, which is of the value of Rs. 44,941,174/-, Rs. 2,24,536/- and Rs. 1,00,000/- towards T.D.S. The detailed calculation has been mentioned in the said counter affidavit, which is in page no. 55 to 58 C.A. Counsel for the petitioner submits that there are still certain grievances left. In this regard, he has filed a supplementary counter affidavit to the rejoinder of the petitioner.

In this view of the matter, this application is disposed off with the liberty granted to the petitioner that he shall file a fresh representation before the Registrar of the University, who is directed to pass a speaking and reasoned order about admissibility and non-admissibility of the petitioner's grievances, relating to the rest arrear according to the petitioner, shall dispose off the representation with 6 weeks. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is hereby disposed off.
