It is submitted that the Director General of Police (for brevity, DGP) has considered the Memorial of the petitioner and, by order dated 06.01.2012, set aside the punishment of dismissal from service and substituted the same with direction to withhold increment for six months without cumulative effect. It is further submitted that Begusarai District Order No 197 of 2012 (Memo No 449 dated 10.02.2012) has been issued by the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai on 10.02.2012, in compliance of the order of the DGP dated 06.01.2012.
