ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 24-09-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 10.6.2014, by which the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Katihar in Maintenance case No.74 of 2010 has allowed maintenance of Rs.1500/- per month to the Opposite Party No.2. On going through the impugned order, I do not find any merit in the application. The same is dismissed. The Court below is directed to take stringent steps for ensuring compliance of its order.
