The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Pirbahore P.S.Case No. 263 of 2015 registered under Sections 379 and 420 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that from a mobile number, mentioned in the FIR, a call was made to the informant giving proposal to purchase Android mobile phones in cheaper rate and Rs. 6000/- was taken by the accused persons, but mobile was not given to the informant and also taken away two mobiles of the informant by Vikash.

Submission is that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and there is no material against him and the petitioner is a mobile mechanic engaged in Raj Communication and nothing has

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Saddam Suhail, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 263 of 2015.
