For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Gajanan Arun For the Respondent/s : Mr. Prahlad Kr. Bhagat ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 04-07-2016 Heard.
The writ application prays for the following as culled out in para-1:- "1. That this petition is for quashing the decision of meeting of Aam Sabha of the Gram Panchayat, Chewarah dated 09.09.2012 whereby and where under decision has been taken for opening Model School on Khata No. 361, Kheshra No.
3647, Area- 4 Acre, Village Chewarah, Gram Panchayat Raj- Chewarah, P.O. and P.S. Chewarah, District- Sheikhpura which is in possession of the petitioner ( contained in Annexure-2)."
In my view, the writ application has become
Patna High Court CWJC No.18443 of 2013 (3) dt.04-07-2016 2/2 infructuous. The elections have been recently held to elect the office bearers of the Panchayat who are now supposed to convene a meeting of the Aam Sabha of the Gram Panchayat. On the basis of the pleadings made in the writ petition, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.
The writ application is dismissed.
