Following reliefs have been sought for in paragraph 1 of the present application on behalf of the petitioner: "(i) For quashing the Order of termination bearing Memo No. 05 dated 05.05.2017 (Annexure-1), issued by the respondent no. 6 respectively terminating the services of the petitioner as Panchayat Teacher having forged TET certificates. (ii) For direction to the respondents to reinstate the petitioners back into services with all consequential benefits. (iii) For direction to the respondents not to interfere in the discharge of the services of the petitioners as Panchayat Teacher."

Patna High Court CWJC No.9769 of 2018(2) dt.10-07-2018 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order dated 14.11.2017 passed in L.P.A. No. 501 of 2017 (Annexure-2 of the writ application).

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the respondent No. 6 is directed to examine the case of the petitioner in light of Annexure-2 to the present application and pass a reasoned/consequential order(s).

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
