Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah Member(Legal Profession) : Mr. Binod Bihari Sinha, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: As agreed between the parties, the writ petition stands disposed off in the following terms.

The State and the Accountant General agree that all admissible dues of the petitioner, most of which have already been sanctioned, shall be credited into the account of the petitioner within three weeks from today positively. The petitioner shall also appear before the authorized officer/authority of the Department concerned with regard to showing his further admissibility relating either to commutation of pension or payment of statutory interest. It has been agreed that the said authority shall look into the matter and after hearing the petitioner shall pass appropriate order in accordance with law within two weeks thereafter. Further, it has been agreed that the authorities, if required to pay any further amount to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid to him within the next one month. The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
