2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 366A, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have abducted the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 06.05.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. From the statement of the victim recorded under Section 161 of the Cr.P.C., it appears that she had herself accompanied the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J. VI cum Special Judge, POCSO Act, Supaul/concerned Court below in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 268 of 2023.
