The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code, section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and section 20 and 2 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

One loaded country made pistol with live cartridges was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Other similarly situated co-accused persons have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions
