1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present case is squarely covered by the judgment of this Hon'ble Court, passed in CWJC No. 10322 of 2014 (Ram Naresh Singh and anr. v. State of Bihar and ors.) vide order dated 22.11.2018 and analogous cases.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the judgment relied upon by the petitioner is applicable in the facts of the case and the present writ application may be disposed in terms of the aforesaid judgment.

4. Consideration the submissions advanced by the parties, this writ application is disposed exactly in terms of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14452 of 2016(4) dt.09-05-2024 2/2 judgment passed in CWJC No. 10322 of 2014, dated 22.11.2018.
