The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 307, 279, 332, 337, 338, 427 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, as a result of the rash driving by the petitioner and his dashing his motorcycle against the police personnel who signaled him to stop, it is stated that serious injuries were caused to the police personnel who fell down injured.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The manner of occurrence is other than what has been narrated in the FIR. The petitioner is in custody since 17.8.2021 and has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation against the petitioner in the FIR, the petitioner being in custody for more than 9 months and investigation in the case having concluded, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Konch P.S. Case no. 270 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya.
