2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Arrah Nawada P.S. Case No. 409 of 2023 registered for the offences under Section 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is submitted that the dispute involved between the parties is purely civil in nature.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail
