This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Tandwa P.S. Case No.34 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under sections 364, 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is accused of committing murder of the son of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused Mahesh Bhuiyan and Pravindra Bhuiyan have been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.03.2022 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.43950 of 2021.

For the reasons recorded in the order dated

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Aurangabad, in connection with Tandwa P.S.
