JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 17-12-2019 The petitioner, through the present petition, prays for the following relief:- "For initiation of proceeding of contempt against opposite parties for their willful disobedience of the order dated 01.04.2016 passed in CWJC No. 518 of 2015, whereby and whereunder the opposite parties were directed to expedite the process of completion of exercise which was undertaken by them to put an end to the system of posting of Medical Officer on ad hoc basis or on deputation basis."

Learned counsel for the opposite parties states that if any such representation is filed, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law giving due weightage to the seniority of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid liberty, the petition stands disposed of.
