It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that issue raised in the present writ petitions is covered covered by the order dated 21.04.2011 passed in CWJC No. 8418 of 2010 which has been affirmed by order dated 11.08.2011 passed in LPA No. 1489 of 2011.

In view of the above, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioners and extend similar treatment to these petitioners in terms of the order dated 21.4.2011 passed in CWJC No. 8418 of 2010. Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the respondents within three months from the
