Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case, in short, is that the informant after taking Rs. Rs. 50,000/- from Kamdhenu kiln proceeded and in the way, the miscreants intercepted him and having touched the pistol on his stomach, snatched the said cash of Rs. 50,000/- It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 14-07-2019. The petitioner has

There is no other substantive evidence to suggest the implication of the petitioner in the present case. A petition of compromise has been filed on behalf of the informant in the court below vide Annexure-1 to the supplementary affidavit.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 192 of 2019.
