Earlier, the petitioner filed ABA No.6449 of 2014 in the Court of Sessions Judge, Saharsa, and the same was dismissed on 23.08.2014.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The allegation against the petitioner is referable to Sections 448, 341, 323, 354, 379, 504, and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The trial Court dealt with all these aspects and even has taken note of the case diary. When the allegation is so serious, it is not at all proper to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. If so advised, he can surrender before learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharasa, in connection with Sour Bazar Police Station

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39795 of 2014 (3) dt.16-04-2015 2/2 (Patarghat O.P.) Case No.98 of 2014, and file an application for regular bail.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
