JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-08-2017 Learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted, referring to the order, dated 02.08.2017 that in the absence of any head mentioned in the said order, the District Treasury, Supaul, is not in a position to accept the amount undertaken by the petitioner to be paid in the Treasury. Let the said amount be deposited in the account of District Programme Officer, Mid Day Meal, Supaul. The time allowed by this Court to deposit the said amount is, hereby, extended by 15th of September, 2017, next two installments to be deposited accordingly by 15th of October and 15th of November, 2017.

It is directed that the amount so deposited by the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37277 of 2016 (9) dt.23-08-2017 2/2 petitioner shall be kept reserved since the said deposits are subject to the result of the case and without prejudice to the petitioner's rights and contentions, which he may be taking before appropriate forum.
