The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 379 / 411 of the Indian Penal Code. As per F.I.R., the stolen motorcycle of the informant was recovered from behind the house of the petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that as per F.I.R. itself, the alleged motorcycle was recovered from behind the house of petitioner, not from the house of the petitioner and he is in custody since 05.04.2021. Investigation is complete. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
