The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was firstly apprehended in Fefna P.S. Case No. 235/14. The petitioner has already been enlarged on bail in the aforesaid case vide order dated 03.07.2014 passed by the learned Spl. / Addl. Sessions Judge, Balia in Bail Petition No. 491/2014. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is said to have confessed guilt on the basis of which the stolen tractor was recovered from the possession of Radheshyam Verma, Dipu Sharma, Rudal Singh and Buchan Singh @ Bhagwan Singh.
