JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 25-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State and perused the case diary. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 324, 327, 307 and 338 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he shot fire upon the injured Tuntun Thakur.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both parties have sustained injuries as alleged in separate incident.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72202 of 2021(3) dt.25-07-2022 2/2 Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail and submits that specific allegation of assault is against the petitioner and the doctor has opined the injury as grievous in nature.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
