Case No. 175 of 2021 for the offences registered under Section 304(B), 201 and 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 3⁄4 Dowry Prohibition Act. Heard the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

Learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 has vehemently opposed the application for quashing of the F.I.R. This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds at an appropriate stage.
