JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 23-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section 392 of Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are not named in the written report. Nothing has been recovered from possession of these petitioners. No T.I. Parade has been done. They have been remanded in this case on 09.09.2016 and charge has also been framed in lower court. It is alleged in the written report that four unknown miscreants on two motorcycles came and on the point of pistol got

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5687 of 2017 (2) dt.23-02-2017 2/2 stopped the car of informant and looted his bag in which money was kept and fled away. First Information Report is against unknown.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Vaishali, in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 146 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioners.
