The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 274 of 2014 for the offence punishable under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the name of this petitioner has surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused, Rajesh Mahto and except confession, nothing is on record against the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Case No. 274 of 2014 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
