2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103(1), 238, 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. Informant suspects that 13 named accused persons including this petitioner committed murder of his younger brother, because prior to this occurrence, the accused persons had kidnapped informant's brother (deceased), for which, an F.I.R., vide Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 280 of 2024, was lodged and accused persons were pressurizing for withdrawal of that case.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner firstly argues that in Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 280 of 2024, this petitioner was not arrayed as accused and as such, the alleged motive for the present occurrence is not applicable against this petitioner. Save

Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 24.05.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 185 of 2025.
