Subsequently, the same has been re-agitated on the ground of custody since 09.08.2016. Furthermore, during course of pendency of instant petition, petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit disclosing therein that she will not lay claim for payment in future.

Accordingly, petitioner Manju Sinha is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
