JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with a liberty to approach the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board (hereinafter referred to as the 'Board') again after fulfilling the criteria requisite for grant of recognition by the Board.

The liberty is granted.

This writ application stands disposed of in view of the stand which has been taken on behalf of the petitioner with a liberty to him to approach the Board again, once, the Managing Committee of the School finds itself able to satisfy the Board that the School fulfills the criteria essential for grant of recognition.

This writ application is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn.
