2. Learned counsel for the opposite parties is present and submits that the order dated 19.01.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14895 of 2021 has been fully complied with and in this regard specific pleadings have been made in Para-6 and 7 of the 3rd supplementary show cause and the same is supported by Annexure-A which is as follows;

Patna High Court MJC No. 2946 of 2024(3) dt.04-07-2025 2/3 "6. That vide Letter No.5579 dated 11.12.2024 the Divisional Commissioner, Gaya Division, Gaya has communicated to the department of deponent that the GPF amount of Rs. 991869/- and the GIS amount of Rs.

120726/- has been paid to the Petitioner. The payment of Unutilized Leave Encashment of Rs.795600 has been paid to the Petitioner. He has also communicated that arrear of subsistence allowances up to the date of retirement to the tune Rs.1713308/- has been paid to the Petitioner. He has also communicated that the arrear of salary up to the date of retirement to the tune of Rs.2823407/- has been paid to the Petitioner. He has also communicated that the pension papers of the husband of the Petitioner has been sent before the Accountant General Bihar for needful action.

That it is stated and submitted that the authorities letter for payment of family pension has been issued by the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna in favour of the Petitioner vide PPO No. 202512161547PO and the Family Pension of Rs.17,68,652/- has been paid to the Petitioner on 01.03.2025. It is further stated that the amount of gratuity to the tune of Rs. 1234200/-has been paid to the Petitioner. The same is evident from the CFMS bills dated 03.03.2025."

3. From the aforesaid, it transpires by the order of this Hon'ble Court that compliance has been made. Therefore, this
