JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-08-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents authorities to remove the encroachment made by the private respondents over the land in question, bearing Khata No. 199, Khesra no. 122, Area 0.22 decimals, situated at village Jogibir, Police station Tiyar, District Bhojpur at Arrah.

For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No. 4 to initiate the encroachment proceeding against the private respondents for removing the encroachment made by them over the state land."

Considering the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Bihiyan, District-Bhojpur at Ara, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
