In that view of the matter, let the authority concerned should examine the case of the petitioner and the case of I.T.I. Atithi Anudeshak Sangh & Anr. (supra) and if it is found that the fact, law and prayer of the present case is identical to the case of aforesaid I.T.I. Atithi Anudeshak Sangh, the present petitioner will also be granted the same benefit as has been
