The petitioner seeks bail in Patahi P.S. Case No. 159/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

6.9 litres illicit liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 26.11.2016. He has already remained in jail for more than three months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial
