As an elected Mukhiya of Gram Panchayat Raj, Bighaurhat, the petitioner has filed the present writ application to challenge the order of the District Teachers' Appointment Appellate Authority in Appeal Case No. 2175 of 2011. The petitioner is unable to state as to whether during the recent election he was again elected as Mukhiya of the Gram Panchayat Raj, Bighaurhat in the district of Katihar.
Even otherwise, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.19187 of 2013 dt.22-06-2016 2/2 authority, he can approach the forum created by the State Government at the State level.
