The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 710 of 2005, registered under Sections 498A, 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier a case was filed in the year 2005 for offence under Sections 498A and 307 of Indian Penal Code. Subsequently a complaint was filed which sent for running the case for offence under Section 156(3) of I.P.C. Thereafter, police after investigation submitted Final Form. Final Form was accepted. Thereafter, a protest-cumcomplaint petition has been filed and enquiry proceeded and said complaint petition was dismissed. After dismissing the complaint petition, a revision petition has been filed before the District Judge

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38206 of 2014 (2) dt.09-04-2015 and by the order of the District Judge cognizance was taken. It is further submitted that case proceeded for protest-cum-complaint petition and cognizance was taken.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from today in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, in connection with Complaint Case No. 710 of 2005, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C. m.p.
