This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial no. 542 of 2016 arising out of Agam Kuan P. S. Case No. 118 of 2016 registered for offences under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25 (1-b)A/26/35 Arms Act.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case mereon suspicion and nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and no offences are made out against the petitioner under Section 399,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4965 of 2017 (2) dt.09-03-2017 2/2 402 of the Indian Penal code and other Sections of Arms Act and he is in custody since 08.04.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, Vickky Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge- IV, Patnacity in connection with Agam Kuan P. S. Case No. 118/ 2016.
