The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No.133 of 2015 registered under Sections 420/379 of I.P.C. and Section 66 (c) of the I.T.Act.

The accusation is that the informant and his wife opened the Savings Account in Punjab National Bank, Chowk Branch, Patna City. Neither the informant nor his wife withdrew any amount to their account through cheque. When the informant went to the bank to withdraw the amount, then came to know that the money deposited by them has been withdrawn by using A.T.M. while A T M Card was not provided to them. Thereafter they approached the Branch Manager to apprise about withdrawal

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.. In course of investigation in C.C.Footage photograph of the petitioner was identified. Except that there is nothing against the petitioner.He further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 7.12.2016. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Sushant Ranjan, J.M. 1st Class, Patna City, Patna. in connection with Chowk P.S.Case No.133/15.
