The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Laraiyatand P.S. Case No. 03 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 66210 of 2019 and the case of this petitioner stands of similar footing. Hence, the petitioner may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

No.55996 of 2019(4) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner in the event of surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.-1st, Class, Munger in connection with Laraiyatand P.S. Case No. 03 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
