JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 26-10-2016 Even according to the show-cause filed on behalf of the University, settlement of GIC is left. It shall be made after receipt of the amount from LIC, Patna. The other aspect is withdrawal of provident fund for which communication has already been made on 22.09.2016 by the Principal of the college in question.

Let these two issues be also expedited. The Court makes it very clear that there should not be any occasion for the petitioner to return in this Court again on these two counts. The other aspects have already been taken care of. The contempt application stands disposed of.
