JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-03-2017 The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Kotwali (Adampur) P.S. Case No. 697 of 2016, registered for offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 464, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that allegation against the petitioner, who is a lady is that she secured appointment on the basis of forged document, however at the time of appointment all her documents were duly verified by the authorities concerned. Moreover, the petitioner has already left the said job and is ready to pay whatever amount that has been withdrawn by her as salary. It has further been submitted that other similarly situated person has already been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 23-02-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11788 of 2017 (2) dt.21-03-2017 2/2 2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 8094 of 2017. Heard learned A.P.P. also..

Having heard both sides, in view of the fact that now the petitioner has already left the job and whatever amount that has been paid to her as salary, she is ready to return the same and other similarly situated person has already been granted bail and petitioner is a lady, as such, let the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Adampur) P.S. Case No. 697 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. This is further subject to the condition that petitioner will have to return entire government amount, which the petitioner realized during her service period, within a period of twelve months.
