The State is represented by Mr. Ram Priya Sharan Singh, learned APP, This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R of Kaler P.S. Case No. 15/14 dated 21.03.2014 (G.R. No. 657/2014) instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 504, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This matter was heard on 21.03.2018 when a bench of this Court had called for a report from the court below about the stage of the case, which has since been received.
